As 2022 nears its end and we begin to reflect on all that we have experienced and learned, it is critical that we mold our lessons into tools for action in 2023. In November, Borealis Philanthropy’s Racial Equity to Accelerate Change Fund (REACH) hosted a learning session, Dispatches from the Field: What It Takes to Advance Racial Equity. The conversation explored the journey of racial equity, trends we should anticipate, and what’s needed from philanthropy to elevate and prioritize this vital work.
