Chandler Briggs

Chandler Briggs supports the MDC Rural Forward team’s health equity work as well as our work in the Edgecombe and Nash County region of NC.

Chandler is currently a Master of Public Administration student at UNC-Chapel Hill. She plans to pursue a career in nonprofit management upon completion of her master’s degree.  Chandler has experience working for several different nonprofits, largely in human services, including Carolina For The Kids, Grow Your World, and the YMCA.  She also spent a year working for the TEACCH Autism Program at UNC-Chapel Hill.

She is a Tar Heel born and bred, counting Chapel Hill as her hometown.  Her hobbies include dance, sand volleyball, and running a small business.

Chandler joined MDC in May 2023.
